No customer or NDA data enters public AI tools. Ever.
Customer drawings, specs, POs, quality clauses, supplier manuals, customer names — none of it touches this chat, any public model, or any tool without an approved private data arrangement first. The workroom's own assistant states this rule if you test it. Test it.
Delmar's IT provider stays in control. This room is a multiplier, not a replacement.
Nothing here replaces Delmar's IT, vendors, or advisors. No system access is requested, no accounts are taken over, no software is installed on Delmar machines. Anything that ever touches Delmar infrastructure goes through Delmar's IT, at Delmar's initiative.
Named passes only — and every pass dies on request.
Access is by individual named pass, one per person, issued only through Jan. Revoking a pass locks that person out immediately, including devices already signed in. Ask Jan for the list of active passes at any time.
A human approves anything before it reaches a customer.
The AI here drafts, sorts, and flags. It never sends a quote, picks a material, answers a compliance question, signs a certification, or posts anything to a machine. Those are Delmar people's calls — the workroom says so on every page, and the assistant refuses if asked.
Real RFQs and POs require an approved private workspace first.
The pilots described in this room start on public information and samples only. Before any real customer document is processed, the data arrangement — tool, account, retention, access — is agreed with Delmar in writing. Unclear arrangement = it doesn't happen.
Objections come straight to Jan — and they're welcome.
If anything on this page looks wrong, weak, or worth tightening, that's a conversation Jan wants to have with you, IT to IT — he spent years in your chair. Reach him through Kevin, or through the working group at lakeville.ai.
This workroom holds only public Delmar facts and drafts awaiting Kevin's review. It's access-passed, unindexed, served from managed infrastructure, and its AI runs under a hard-capped, monitored account. It is not — and doesn't claim to be — a substitute for Delmar's own security posture. That belongs to you.
